Stephanie has been designing, developing and facilitating effective learning experiences for over 11 years. She has delivered numerous end-to-end projects for private and government organisations and the VET sector.
Stephanie co-founded Peak Learning Design with the aim of improving the success of learning and development outcomes. She believes that effective learning results in developing practical skills and behavioural changes, not simply knowledge transfer.
Stephanie’s passion is analysing the specific needs of an organisation and their learners. This ensures learning is designed to achieve optimal business performance through engaging, learner-centred solutions. Her strength is in applying tried and contemporary methodologies and visual design best practices.
Alan is an experienced business strategist and co-founder of Peak Learning Design.
For over 25 years, Alan has helped businesses of all kinds grow and succeed. With experience in corporate finance, business performance analysis, sales and marketing and facilitation of business learning and development, Alan has an established track record of working with business owners and managers to meet their challenges and achieve their goals.
What sets Alan apart is his focus on the people that make up a business. He believes that companies that reach their potential and remain successful long-term are focused on investing in their people and keeping them engaged meaningfully. Alan’s specialty is knowing when to rely on the expertise of human beings and when to implement technology.
We started Peak Learning Design because we saw that, despite a renewed focus on the importance of learning and development among businesses, not much practical learning results from most training initiatives. And it’s all too common for businesses to lose valuable team members because they are disengaged – either due to the lack of investment in their learning and development or sadly, as a result of poorly executed, ineffective training programs.
Our purpose is to develop learning that motivates, inspires and entertains learners so that they are engaged, rewarded and most of all empowered by the experience. This helps create lasting associative memories that learners are able to recall and apply when they need it in real-world situations. And that delivers better outcomes for your employees, your customers and your business.
